VidExp = Video Flashmob = Video Experience

When our tradition of  performing summer flashmobs was canceled by the 2020 Covid Pandemic, we decided that once Phase 2 of gathering in public in small groups was allowed, that we would create a similar experience for our members virtually.

It ended up being such a RICH community building experience, that we never want to stop!

Our rehearsals were virtual, then in small groups in big outdoor spaces. So many of our groups were not able to rehearse with mirrors together.

and you can’t help bond when you perform together!

What to expect:

Learn initial choreo online through zoom rehearsals and practice videos
You’ll be part of a crew of 5-7 people, depending on what phase we’re in
You can recruit your own friends, or we can add you to an existing group
There is always a costume to purchase. We try to keep it on the very low end of the scale
In Person rehearsals are approx 1-2 hours and 2-3 times a week and outdoors.
Masks are welcome in rehearsals and video production
We are not currently running any transitions to help us keep 6 feet apart while performing choreography

Cost:
Covid Considerate: $25 base. That’s a sliding scale from $25 up.

I will also be adding a workshop open to the public for this choreo. Pricing TBA for this.
You do not have to participate in the VidExP to take part in this workshop.
