With so many dance fitness formats out there, we definitely know our place in this world. We don’t really fit in. And that’s just how we like it.
The Basics:
Follow along dance class that includes 15-17 broad strokes choreographies with simple phrases that people can catch onto in a short amount of time.

it’s not your average dance fitness class. The playlist is pretty wicked. When people are huddled around you at the end of class to take a photo of your playlist, you know it’s good!
This format has always strived to challenge physically and mentally. We keep the moves evolving so we’re always learning. This stretches & exercies our minds and our muscles!
New genres and movement are always being explored and infused into choreography which keeps classes fresh. It’s perfect for people who need constant stimulation.
We’ve often heard “There is no other class like this”, or “This is very different from other dance fitness classes”. WEll thank you! We hope not!
It has more “dance” in it than most dance fitness classes. Yet it remains approachable. Depending on your level of experience, you’ll pick up either right away, or within a few weeks. the set list stays similar from week to week, then will be different within a month and a half’s time.
So think Dance Fitness class, HEAVY on the choreography!
