West Seattle Hip Hop Classes with DancePowered

Many consider this dance fitness workout to be their hip hop class! This class is suitable for adults, and mature kids with parent consent, as there is no editing of music or content.
We run about 15-17 songs in one hour with simple patterns of choreography that repeat throughout the song. You follow along to pick up the moves, and either within the class time, or a few weeks, you’ll pick up the choreography, and reap the benefits of dance fitness workouts!
