Check out my amazing students, joined by some fellow instructors as well. These are two routines we do in class joined together. This was the first time I got everyone together to dance to this and it turned into such an amazing morning!!!

Doesn’t everyone look happy? No direction here. This was during a film shoot, in a segment of a super fun part of a chorus.
We all hop around and laugh like little kids. A side-effect if you will.
No matter how crummy or hectic my day gets, dance has a way of arresting that stress for just the right amount of time to get a reset and put everything into perspective.
I’m so pleased by this picture. It perfectly conveys the lightest moments we have in classes!
